This is how we see your screenshots. Please copy the screenshot and paste in this document. We will fix it ASAP.
The theme has been installed without any issues. The plugins have also been installed.
But there has been a blink in between this. When I load the website, it returns and error 500.
Again, when importing demo data, the hosting must be connected with our server throughout the whole time.
Please contact hosting support, if you have bought it from someone.
Inform them – “The site gives error 500 every now and then, when browsing”
If you have a self hosted website, please contact the support engineer for keeping the hosting alive.
There might be issues regarding the writing permissions on your hosting.
If you are still having issues with your website, I will suggest you this –
1. Keep a backup of your full site
2. Give me access to your website.
Disclaimer – We will be responsible for any issues within our theme, but we won’t fix the issues related to your hosting, server configuration, customization etc.
The issue was with the header of the website, I have adjusted your demo, now it looks like the original demo.
If you have any further issues, feel free to contact us.
Thank you for reaching out to us. You have given two screenshots, one showing Error 500 and the other showing a critical error link.
The solution was sent via email on your admin email account. That is where the solution lies.
The most possible reason is any king of plugin conflict on your website. Please deactivate all the plugins, and upload the theme.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have checked the theme on our end. We don’t really provide extra header/footer templates with out theme. It might be that, you are using Elementor Pro to load custom header and footer template.
If there is any issues in the theme that we built, we will help you. If you use third party plugins, we are not responsible for that.
