We used the Docy theme for our helpdesk website. This is another theme by us. Docly doesn’t have the tab features in the search results.
We have noted this issue. You will get this issue fixed in the next updates of the theme.
Use h2 tag for the headings to resolve this issue. If you face the same issue after using h2 tag for the headings, please give us your website credentials. We will try to solve the issue for you.

We had received a mail on Nov 23. Where you explained the issues. Then replied here that your website isn’t online. That’s why we couldn’t inspect the issue on your website.

I saw you have edited the container size with custom CSS. Please remove your custom CSS to fix the sizing issue.
If you edit the container size yourself, you will be responsible for that changes.

You can enable comment on Doc from [direction]weDocs > Settings[/direction].
You have to Enable the registration checkbox from [direction] Settings > General [/direction]. See the settings here.
