I have checked the replies avatar issue on your site using the default theme of WordPress. But the avatar is not displaying on the default theme also.
Here is my server there I tried to use the default theme of WordPress and see the screenshot below. In our server the default theme working nicely with the avatar. So I see that it’s not our theme related issue.

I’ve no access of bbpress like forum, topics or reply menu in Dashboard. So please give the permission on the user to access those menus.
